Legend has it that if you toss a silver coin into the sea and pray with all your heart, the waves will carry your voice to the depths of the sea. I mean, that with all the big overhaul mods that are sure to come out for Rome Remastered, it'd just be really nice to get one that's focused on the multiplayer, but that does give a lot of options as well.Imperial Destiny, the very first animated empire tycoon mobile game, is here! Syracuse: Greek faction with a good number of mercenary units.Įpirus: Hellenic faction with access to a number of various mercenaries.īut those are just a couple of factions that could be added in such a great mod. There could be things likeĬarthage: The classic hub for lots of mercenary units. Late Roman: Comitatenses, Auxilia Palatina, and so on from the Late Roman Empires.Įdit: I just got rid of two Late Roman armies, because I'd rather see Late Roman Army as a whole rather than divided.īyzantine Early: Picking up from where the Late Roman army left off.īyzantine Mid/High: Byzantines when they were at their most powerful, with things like Varangian Guard and so on.īyzantine Late: The Byzantine army that makes use of a lot of mercenaries.Īnd there's other things they could do with some other factions as well.

Imperial Rome: Imperial Roman army and such.ģrd Century Rome: The Roman armies of the Crisis of the 3rd Century. Republican Rome: Hastati, Triarii, and such. The Roman and Byzantine factions could easily done like this And that'd be really excessive for a TW game. I only say that because I think there's 9-11 Roman and 7 Byzantine armies in FoG2. Though the only thing I would suggest is that whoever would make such a mod not go too crazy with how many factions they try to add to the mod. I would just love to see someone to take all sorts of different factions that could work within Rome Remastered and mix them all up together in a multiplayer focused mod, since that might be nearly impossible to make a campaign out of. It covers the time periods between the ancient empires of Babylon and Persia to the "Dark Ages" of the Vikings and Byzantines. That's not to say that anyone should try to make the battles turn based or anything, but there is one aspect of that game that could really make for the base of a really great mod for a TW game.Īnd that aspect would be the different time periods that Field of Glory 2 covers.

I just want to ask someone to please make a mod that takes some inspiration from the game, Field of Glory 2. Now no one get all worked up, I'm not promoting another strategy game or anything, so just calm down and hear me out. 2K A Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia.847 A Total War Saga: Fall of the Samurai.
